This year we are delighted to present 2 separate programmes within the one event.

1) Investor Seminars

This programme is designed to cater for the full spectrum of private investor experience - with sessions relevant to the novice investor and portfolio landlord. In addition to contributions from regular speakers, this year's schedule will feature presentations from a number of new contributors - and cover topics relevant to today's market conditions.

Visitors planning to attend are advised to book their seats, online, in advance, as several sessions are likely to sell out before show opening day.

2) Trade & Professional Seminars: 'International' and 'Property for Finance Professionals'

Overseas property professionals from across the world and Finance Professionals are offered two days of intensive education and networking possibilities. This programme will prepare delegates for the fundamental changes taking place in the industry.

Presenting content specifically tailored for agent, developer and Finance Professional delegates, the OPPLive & PFP seminar / conference programme will feature 'keynote' sessions presented by senior industry figures - who will share their uniquely qualified views on residential tourism trends, finance, funding, and market performance.
