Competition - terms and conditions

1. The winner will receive one long weekend's accommodation at the Royalist suite at Orton Hall in the Lake District. For the purposes of this competition a long weekend is defined as Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

2. Transport costs and all other expenses are not included in the prize and must be paid for separately by the winner.

3. The dates of the holiday are subject to availability and must generally be agreed 4 weeks before departure. Holidays may not be taken over bank holidays.

4. The names and addresses of each guest must also be confirmed in writing 4 weeks before the holiday commences.

5. The maximum capacity of the Royalist Suite is 2 people and guest numbers must not exceed this limit. Babies can be accommodated although guests must bring their own cots.

6. It is the responsibility of the winner and their guest to obtain adequate insurance cover; Jet-to-Let Magazine and Homebuyer accepts no liability for any loss or personal injury.

7. The prize has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. The prize winner must be a member of the holiday party; the prize cannot be resold or given away.
