How do I get to the venue?
Manchester's international airport is a 20 minute drive from the G-Mex and provides direct access to and from major European and North American cities. The city sits on the nation-wide transport system with fast rail and road access to all the UK's principal cities. Click here for detailed directions to the venue.

How much does it cost to visit the show?
Entry to the show is free of charge. Visitors will also receive a free exhibition catalogue. In addition there will be a comprehensive programme of property related seminars. Each seminar costs £5, and you can book as many or few as you like.

If I register online how do I get my entry ticket?
When you register online, we will issue you with an admission e-ticket. This service is available to any visitor providing they have a valid e-mail address. Your e-ticket will be stored on the Homebuyer online booking system which and can be accessed at any time by logging in to the Visitor Area of the website. Upon registration you will be issued with an e-ticket confirmation email. This will be sent to your email address immediately after you have made your booking and therefore it is important to spell your email address correctly. To gain admission to the show you must print your e-ticket(s) from the visitor login area of the website and bring it with you.

Is there anywhere convenient to park around the venue?
On-site parking is available for 720 vehicles at hourly rates and may more spaces in car parks within a short walk (see below), including disabled parking bays. For more details click here.

Manchester Central is located within easy reach of the major city centre hotels as well as smaller hotels and guest houses.

Is my admission ticket valid for all three days of the show?
Yes, your admission ticket entitles you to visit the exhibition on all 3 days.

What is the benefit of booking an e-ticket in advance?
You will be notified directly of any items of interest (e.g. seminars, debates) added to the programme plus any special offers that may arise prior to the show opening.

Can I register and purchase an e-ticket for somebody else?
Yes, when you register you can reserve up to 10 e-tickets in total.

Why is there a barcode on the e-ticket?
We scan barcodes to verify registrations and monitor check-in process. Special security features are also incorporated into the e-ticket's barcode to prevent illegal duplication and fraud.

How do I obtain an exhibition catalogue?
You will receive a complimentary copy of the exhibition catalogue upon your arrival to the show. If you only interested in purchasing the catalogue, please contact our office team on +44 (0)20 8877 3636 for more details after the show.

How do I find out whos exhibiting at the show?
You can search our Exhibitor List by either using the A-Z search facility or by selecting a category to easily locate a company which is exhibiting. Click here to see our exhibitor list

Can I request information from exhibitors before getting to the show?
Use the Exhibitor List to find the company. A tick box on the right indicates if the exhibitor has an enquiry form available. Click the company name to view more details and use the enquiry form to request exhibitor information.

Are children allowed at the show?
Yes.

Are cameras allowed on the show floor?
Video and camera equipment are not permitted to be brought into the exhibition floor with the exclusion of authorised personnel.

I just found out I can't attend for some reason. Can I get a refund on my seminar tickets?
Seminar tickets cannot be exchanged nor money refunded other than in exceptional circumstances and at the absolute discretion of the event manager. To receive a refund a written request must be sent to Homebuyer Events Ltd, Park House, 14 Northfields, London SW18 1DD
