Where are the seminars being held and how
much does each seminar cost?
Seminars will be held in Seminar Theatres, located on the show
floor. There is an admission charge of £5 per each seminar.

How far apart are the seminar theatres?
Seminar theatres are located within short walking distance from
each other.

What is the seating capacity of each seminar
theatre?
The seating capacity of seminars theatres ranges between
60 to 100 people.

I wish to attend seminars. How do I
find out who's speaking and how do I book them?
To find out who's speaking, please go to our Seminars
section of the website. Before you can book any seminars you must
register and obtain an admission e-ticket. Click here
if you haven't yet done so. To choose the seminars you wish to
book, select the day(s) you will be attending or choose "view
all seminars" and click submit. Click the seminar title to get
a full description and credentials of the presenter/s. To purchase
the seminar(s), type in the number of seminar tickets you require,
scroll down to the bottom of the page, type in your e-mail address
you provided during the registration and click "submit". You will
then be taken to next page where you can review/amend the seminars
you chose. To proceed with your booking, submit the page which
will automatically be re-directed to the secure server, managed
by WorldPay where you
can complete your transaction. You will then be able to login
into the Visitor Area to
retrieve your admission e-ticket(s) and seminar(s). You will also
receive an e-mail confirming your purchase and instructions how
to retrieve and print your e-ticket(s) and seminar(s).

What is the duration of the seminar
and will they be repeated if I happen to miss one?
Most seminars run for about 45 minutes and the presenters
will be happy to answer your questions. Some of the seminars will
be repeated, please refer to the Seminars
section for more details.
Please Note: Seminar attendees are requested to take their seats 10 minutes before each session commences. The organisers retain the right to reallocate any seats that remain vacant 5 minutes before each session commences. Entry to a theatre after a seminar has commenced will be at the discretion of the theatre security manager

How can I find out which exhibiting
companies will be holding the seminars and what they will be discussing
in particular?
By clicking Exhibitor name within Exhibitor
section. If an Exhibitor has speaker details listed within its
microsite, it means this exhibitor is running a seminar. Click
"speaker details" link to be taken directly to the speaker
profile and the seminar description.

Can I amend my seminars bookings?
Due to the popularity and quick sell out of the seminars
this facility is not available.

Yes, you must print off a copy for each attendee.
