	Buy-to-Let mortgage, refurb & bridging lenders  According to full - year data released the Council of Mortgage Lenders last month ... at £16.4 billion, gross buy-to-let lending was 19% higher than the £13.8 billion advanced in 2011 = its highest level for 4 years!  Both veteran and novice investors visiting the show will be able to discuss a range of Buy-to-Let purchase, bridging and property refurbishment loans from lenders including Aldermore Bank, Shawbrook Bank, Bridgebank Capital, Auction Finance, Lowry Capital, West One Loans & Bance Group.
