About The Show
The Property Investor Show is the “MUST ATTEND” event for agents, developers, fund managers, wealth managers, service providers and investors … indeed, for anyone serious about making money from UK and International property investment.
It is the ideal place for networking, obtaining reliable and up to date property market information and, of course, investment property to buy. Equally it is designed to cater for all levels of property experience – everyone from the novice to the seasoned investor will find an answer to their questions.
Access to accurate information is critical to successful investing and, with 100+ exhibitors expected to participate and around 100 seminars, debates & workshops scheduled you can identify the expertise and advice you need to make the right decisions on your specific area of investment interest.
Approximately 50% of the event will be dedicated to property / property-related services in the UK -and 50% focussed on International content. As usual the show is FREE to enter, but payment is required to enter parts of the seminar/conference programme (see the Seminars section of the site for details).

Live Auction

In response to the increasing popularity of buying at auction, the show is delighted to confirm that a ‘Live Auction’ will take place within the exhibition on Friday 20th April.
This auction will be presented by MustBeSold.com. Graham Penny - an auctioneer well known to followers of BBC Television’s ‘Homes under the Hammer’ programme - will be holding the gavel. Graham will be assisted by James Cockayne.
With over 100 bargain lots expected to be presented this will be one of the largest single-day auction events taking place in the UK during the first part of 2012.
NB: Investors new to the auction process should make a point of attending David Sandeman’s auction seminars on Thursday 19th and/or Friday 20th.

10 years ago, the US investment focus was on Florida exclusively – but times have changed and this show will feature a range of locations including Detroit, Memphis, Chicago, Atlanta and New York State. In fact the show will see one of the largest turnouts by companies promoting US real estate in its history. Plus - several US property experts will speak within the seminar schedule.

The Property Clinic is created, courtesy of the show, to provide FREE advice to visitors. So whether you are new to property investment or own multiple properties, the clinic is here to provide help with your property investment strategy and answer questions such as ... is now a good time to invest?, should I invest myself or via an investment company?, How can I finance (or re-finance) my portfolio? It can also help you work out how to solve problems with tenants and review how well your portfolio is performing. Even if we cannot solve your problem on the day, we will endeavour to locate the right experts so you can move forward with your investment.

The seminar programme is established as a major feature of the show. We take great care to ensure these are truly informative sessions and speakers / panel leaders are carefully vetted to ensure attenders gain real insight and understanding from each session they attend.
The programme comprises a mix of seminars and panel debates of varying length. Many sessions will be fully booked before the show opens, thus visitors are strongly recommended to book seminar tickets online in advance of their visit - as the popularity of the programmes invariably means we have to turn some people away.
