Property Auction – Friday 20th April
Graham Penny - well known to followers of BBC Television's 'Homes under the Hammer' – and Must be Sold’s James Cockayne will bring the gavel down on up to 100 bargain residential property lots at one of the largest one day auctions held in London this year.
The auction at last spring's show disposed of over £5 million of property in just one afternoon - and this year is expected to be just as popular.
