Welcome to the Seminar section of the site.
Details of the Seminar & Debate Programme for the April 2020 edition of the event will be published on this page from January 2020.
Visitors are advised to re-check this page at regular intervals for status updates and additions to the programme.
Please remember that before attempting to book seats you MUST register as a show visitor - as our online system links your seminar booking to your show registration email.
Once you have booked your tickets please click Checkout to complete your booking.
1. Theatres 1, 2 and 3 are 'open' theatres and pre-booking does not guarantee a seat. It is anticipated that at several very popular sessions some attendees may need to stand.
2. Theatres 5, 6 and 7 are enclosed rooms - each with a maximum seating capacity. Standing in these rooms is not permitted. Pre-booked visitors are advised to be at the theatre 10 minutes before the session start time. From 5 minutes before the scheduled start time any available seats will be allocated to visitors without tickets on a "first come, first seated" basis. Visitors will require a ticket to enter these sessions - or to present their show visitor ticket - as tickets will be scanned.
1] There are no 'Pay to Enter' seminars at this show.
2] A Green circle with a white arrow symbol appearing beside a seminar title indicates that seats remain available for online booking.
3] A Red circle with a white dash symbol appearing beside a seminar title indicates that all seats available for online booking have been reserved. However, an additional allocation of ‘on the day’ seats – for ALL sessions - will be available to reserve at the show reception desk from 10.00am each morning.
