Tax structures for property investors
Given the increasing number of tax charges being placed on landlords, consideration needs to be given to the way in which property is held.
This seminar, led by Chartered Tax Advisor Sean Hughes, explains the various structures being used by landlords to become more tax efficient.
The benefit and requirements of how to successfully incorporate your property portfolio into a limited company are explained, along with alternative structures which provide immediate and future tax savings.
