Forget the next five years, what will the property market look like in 2030?
I can’t quite believe I’ve written this title myself!
2030 seems a long way off, but based on how fast the last decade has flown by, we’ll soon be there and for property investors and landlords it’s essential to have some idea of what might impact you in the long term, not just the short term.
Although I don’t have a crystal ball, we can draw on government plans, changes to population and attitude to housing and look at major projects already underway to be able to give you some insight into the opportunities and threats to making money from property over the next decade.
